What does this seminar explore?

 As a poet, coach, and facilitator, I am intrigued by the power of poetry to inform and shape our leadership.  Writing poetry, I found out helps develop key skills needed in leading others and in leading our life.  Poems also have a great capacity for connecting people to themselves and for healing.

I will share with you my approach to harvesting the wisdom that emerges from co-development processes through the skills of intuitive writing.

We will explore the following key topics:

• What writing poetry has to do with collective intelligence.
• What is an effective mindset for getting to the essence of a situation?
• Why you can write poetry too.
• Why it will make you a better leader.
• What are some key poetry techniques you can apply directly?
• What you find out when you apply these techniques and mindset.

Even if you don’t like poems, the seminar will be inspiring and transformative.  Be willing to explore your potential as an empathic, intuitive, and poetic leader!

This seminar is for coaches and facilitators, leaders, intrapreneurs, and artists.  Anyone with a curiosity for the power of creativity, for reconnecting to their inner poet.  For anyone who is intrigued by the notion of harvesting collective wisdom through poetry (and art).
